I love Dr. Kahn and all of his research. There's just too much evidence to ignore the fact that a WFPBD is a win-win-win! For the environment, for the animals, and for our health. I want to open up my own Greenspace Cafe! Anyway, great book for anyone needing further conviction on the benefits of going vegan. I only wish this book came with a PDF - the recipes sound really great and I'm always looking for easy, new WFPBD meals!

Excellent book that teaches why a plant-based diet is good for you, your family, and the planet. Learn some medicine and history along the way; Dr. Kahn knows medicine but also how to teach and write, a great combination.

Very well written and fact-based. The author is a medical doctor and practices what he preaches. He lays out the evidence and reasons why eating right is the path to health.
